All Sales Are Final

Every product sold on Crypto Trekkers is a digital download (an ebook, guide or PDF resource). There is no physical shipment, and access is granted immediately after payment.

Because a digital file cannot be returned once it has been delivered, we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds for change of mind, accidental purchase, or dissatisfaction with the content where the product matches its description.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you understand and accept this policy.

What You Get and When

• Access is granted immediately after successful payment.
• A download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to the address you provide at checkout.
• Each download link is personal to the purchaser and is subject to a download limit and validity period.
• The file is yours to keep once downloaded.

Please Check Before You Buy

Since purchases cannot be reversed, we make every effort to describe our products accurately. Before ordering, please confirm:

• The product description, page count and contents match what you want.
• You can open PDF files on your device (all standard phones, tablets and computers can).
• You are buying the correct product.
• You understand these are educational resources, not financial advice, and that no guide can guarantee any investment or trading outcome.

The Only Exceptions

In fairness to our customers, and as required by payment-processing rules, we will resolve the following genuine technical problems:

1. You were charged but received nothing. If payment succeeded and we cannot deliver the product to you at all, we will refund you in full.
2. You were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment-gateway or technical error. The duplicate amount will be refunded.
3. The file is corrupted or unreadable and we are unable to supply a working replacement copy.

In each case, our first step is to deliver a working file. A refund is issued only where delivery genuinely cannot be completed. No other circumstances qualify.

How to Report a Delivery Problem

Contact us via our contact page within 7 days of purchase with:

• The email address used at checkout
• Your order number or Razorpay payment reference ID
• The product name
• A description of the problem

We respond within 2–3 business days and will normally fix the issue by re-sending your file.

If an Approved Refund Is Issued

• It is returned to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval.
• Your bank typically credits the amount within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds are processed through Razorpay and follow your bank’s timelines.

Failed or Pending Payments

If money left your account but the order did not complete, it is usually auto-reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days. If it isn’t, send us the payment reference and we will investigate with the gateway. A failed order is not a completed purchase, and you will not be charged for it.

Pricing and Currency

Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). International customers may be charged an equivalent amount converted by their bank or card issuer. Any foreign exchange or bank charges are set by your provider and are outside our control — they are not refundable by us.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem with an order, please contact us first — we resolve genuine issues quickly. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in your access to future purchases being withdrawn.
